Darn That "Bad Luck"

Obama actually claims that he had reversed the recession until the poor fella "had a run of bad luck."

"We had reversed the recession, avoided a depression, gotten the economy moving again," Obama told a crowd in Decorah, Iowa.  "But over the last six months we've had a run of bad luck."  Obama listed three events overseas -- the Arab Spring uprisings, the tsunami in Japan, and the European debt crises -- which set the economy back.

I guess we are supposed to feel sorry for him?  Especially since he's been the only President to have ever had the misfortune of having a run of bad luck.  (*Sarcasm Alert*)The mess we are in certainly cannot be attributed to the Democrat Liberal policies that Pelosi and Reid have been putting into place since 2006 or Obama's acceleration of same since he took office in 2008.  Everybody knows that the Academic's intellectual firepower that went into developing these policies are superior and guaranteed to work as planned.

Too bad the real world doesn't work that way.
