We're Number 5!!! (Drop from #1 in 2008)

Thanks to Obama's and Liberal policies, the United States of America is now in 5th place in global competitiveness.

We were number 1 in 2008.

I wonder if Obama will say he inherited the #1 ranking from Bush?
