We all remember Abraham Lincoln as the leader who saved our Union. Founder of the Republican Party. But in the middle of a civil war, he was also a leader who looked to the future --As we all know, Lincoln joined the Republican Party in 1856, two years after the first Republican Convention was held in Ripon, Wisconsin in 1854.
Of course, with all of Obama's gaffes, there is not coverage. Can you imagine if Bush or Palin made this mistake?
